TALK UP THE TRAIL

Tell others about the Mountains-to-Sea Trail and encourage them to get involved.

Let elected officials in your town, county, and in the NC Legislature, know that the trail is important to you.

Carry a volunteer business card (PDF file) in your pocket so you can spread the word about the trail.

Thanks to Friends of the Mountains-to-Sea Trail for speaking at our event to show elected officials in Johnston County the new stretch of the MST at Portofino.  Your photos of the trail all over the state helped everyone get a picture of the scale and vision of this great project.  It was also helpful for the county commissioners and town councilors to understand that citizens are excited about this project and that FMST can help.
